811 not powering on

Has anyone else have this problem? I've had this 811 since March.It did this 2 days after i got it.Now this past week i have to pull the plug and hit the power button numerous times to get it to power on..Any ideas?

I never turn mine off.

Turn up the brightness on the display, the 811 is working
