I turned my E* 811 on this morning and have this msg.

"WARNING" 303 your receiver is loading its memory, do not disturb or power off your receiver while blue and amber light are on."

it has been this way for a half hour now. Any idea what is going on?

It's downloading and installing a software/firmware update. Do what it says.

it has been 2 hrs now and nothing has changed

I uplugged the 811 for a minute, then plugged back in, it went thru its 5 step aquiring sat. steps then everything was ok. My software level is P337
