OTA Aspect Ratio Problem

I have the Hopper Duo along with a Dish dual tuner OTA dongle. I can't get the screen aspect ratio to change on OTA channels. It works fine on Dish channels, but won't change anything on OTA channels.

On my old 722K with the OTA tuner installed, I could change the aspect ratio on OTA channels. So far, no luck with the Hopper Duo.

SD OTA channels look stretched vertically through the OTA dongle and Hopper Duo.

All channels including SD channels look fine on the TV's antenna input. While this works when watching TV live, I need to record an OTA program sometimes.

To be a little clearer, what I can't adjust on OTA channels is what the Hopper calls Display Format.
