811 re-activation question?

I have 2 811 receivers - 1 is still active, and the other has not for about a year. Does anyone know if I can reactivate with dish? When I de-activated it, they were suppose to send a box, and after hounding them for several months (call in and to ceo@ address) no luck. I have not been charged for it and it is not listed on my account. I just wonder if I could still activate it? TIA!

Since you have one 811 currently active, you should be able to active the other to whatever is on your account. I don't know how much longer you may be able to do so.

I have had it sitting on a shelf in my shed for almost a year. They don't seem to want it back. I figure maybe I could use on somewhere
