811 zooming on SD channels

Not sure if our 811 receiver is malfunctioning, or if our toddler goofed something up on the remote, but our 811 is zooming inappropriately on SD channels and I can't figure out how to get it to stop. It's cutting off the top and bottom of the screen. For whatever reason, it does not seem to be doing this on the HD channels.

Anybody know how to fix this?

When your on an SD channel adjust using the page up key.
