Looks like they decided to use 23/24 after they got their temp auth resolved with the FCC. I wonder if they will put HD PPV on them?

Signals are up on all four transponders, but no channels yet.

Still no channels on the four muxes. I wonder when Dish will start using these transponders? Their play/test mux on Transponder 19 hasn't changed in a long time either. Still showing Sho 2 HD, a Dish Network slate and Cinemax West HD at a crazy low bit rate of 500 Kbps.
