922 and logitech remote no longer work after last updae

Hello hope this wasn't asked already but I was wondering if any one else is having issues with their ir remote? After the last update my remote just stopped working. It will turn off and on the 922 but it won't control it. I verified the ir is on and even updated my remote on the computer. Ive tried rebooting the box and setting everything back to default. Any help would be appreciated

Mine is working just fine, I control mine with an IR repeater via my Harmony. I would reboot the 922, probably the remote also, just remove and replace the battery.

Check the remote setup on the 922, to see if the update swithed the IR off.

The ir is on and for a split second after the box turns on the remote will work and then stop working after a few seconds. Can't pull the batteries from the remote it is a rechargeable remote.

Mine is acting funny too it will turn on the receiver but it won't work anything else until the receiver is on for like 30 mins or so then it starts working!? I'm using a harmony 720. Tried resetting and reprogramming the remote and receiver, no fix.

My Logitech won't work with my 922, but I have found that the 922 remote is so good, that I no longer need the Logitech. I miss the one button power-up and down, but that is all.

You can remove the rechargeable battery in the logtiech harmony remote.

Check the back near the bottom push in the button and remove the cover.

My harmony has no problem with the 922.
