I am having a Dish 942 installed in my home next week -- 2 tvs, 2 separate rooms. I have DSL service and a wireless network (2.4 ghz) in home. Are there any compatibility issues that anyone is aware of? The primary tv will have a dedicated phone outlet, but the phone line is shared with DSL and voice.

I know this sounds like a very basic question, but Dish customer service didn't have an answer.

Well I have a SBC DSL wireless network with a MSNTV-2 media (old WebTV) unit hooked to the TV (wireless hook-up to computer uses Netgear wireless USB adapter and 2 Wire 1701 HG Gateway in Home Office) that is located only two feet from my 942 and see no problems with either. You should already have filters installed,so no issues even on same phone line if needed. Enjoy your HD! I sure do.

Welcome to the forum, ghengis1234!
I have DSL, wireless network and in addition, I am using a wireless phone line extender (over power lines) because there is no phone jack next to my 942. All works well, including on-screen Caller ID! :up
