for those birds you have to skew the LNB (rotate 8 degrees CW from behinh Dish probably for you) since you live in Windsor, On. Also make sure you use an active TP and the proper settings on your receiver. check www.dishpointer.com for AZ/EL and Skew settings. Try 97 first to get use to it. check The list here for strong Transponders to use as reference.

I can't read the label clearly on your LNB, but it looks like it says: Universal
The receiver has to be set up properly to use any LNB.
Common choices would be Standard, DBS, or Universal.
You probably don't have to set the local oscillator frequencies if you're set to Universal, but if you do, they are what is listed on the LNB.

Thank everybody for the infos.
Yes, Lnb is "universal single".
input:10.75~12.75GHz
lo:9.75/10.6GHZ
noise:0.5dB
gain:55dB.
in my CW700s should i set the LNB to universal or to the input or lo?.
where can i find the list for "strong transponders"?.

set the LNB to Universal
LNB LO is 9750/10600 and 22k should be set to "auto"

thx iceberg.
i did the setting on the box as you said, but signal ~75%, quality 0%.
played around with the dish and skew, but no luck.
what is LMN?

also you have to make sure you have an active transponder selected...see thelist for active transponders

tried everythink with no luck.
noticed LNB can slide horizontaly into the collar!?
the bracket attaced to the collar slides horizontaly also!?
do this need adjustments too?

85% strenght ?

"I'm getting max85% strenght, but 0% quality on these sats."

I think you might have a Diseqc switch connected, and the 85 % strenght coming from another LNB w/another dish.
I suggest, you disconnect the switch, and wire the universal LNB from your 76 cm dish directly to you receiver and see what happens !

That's tha way I did it?

I would think your problem is alignment, remember small adjustments only.
Your dish elevation should be about 39 degrees.
The skew about 15 degree counter- clockwise looking at the dish from behind the LNB ( this is not too critical but needs to be reasonably accurate especially on a small dish)
The LNB needs to be horizontally towards the back in its clamp.
The dish needs to be approximately pointing 208 degrees magnetic.

Try for Al Jazeera and Russia today both on 12152, Horizontal, SR 20000, FEC 3/4, this is a strong transponder
Good luck

NO Diseqc switch.
