I have singe node setup, 1 hopper with sling and 1 joey. Hopper in living room, joey in master bedroom. I have a work office in another bedroom and what I've been doing to watch tv during work is simply taking my android tablet in there, launching dish anywhere, plugging the tablet into the tv with hdmi and watching tv, as the app allows. Is this the best way of doing this, without having a 2nd joey installed permanently in that work room? I assume it is, but thought I'd ask. Thanks for any suggestions/ideas !

I think it is the best way, today. The wireless Joey is coming and you would be able to move your Joey from room to room. Even then, I'd go with what you're doing today....
I have a similar arangement. I simply log into Dish Anywhere on my PC and watch what I want on the computer screen.
Someday I will add a second screen, so I can watch and work more conveniently.
