First, I was wondering who the best retailer to sign up with would be and if there is any kind of referral program on here where both the person doing the referral and the new customer would get a bit of cash towards their accounts?
Also, a little more than a year ago I had subscribed to Dish Network as a trial because Time Warner had jacked up my rates. Eventually Time Warner gave me a good offer to stay with them and I dropped Dish after having them for 3 weeks (this was back when you could cancel within 30 days if you were not satisfied). Even though I was only with them for 3 weeks and that was more than a year ago, would this eliminate me from being able to get the new subscriber discounts? The dish that they installed is still on the roof, so i wonder if a deal could be made.
