I am being told that another website is telling their members that anyone who posts here in our CE forum will not have their problem reports seen by DirecTV and that their site is the only site DirecTV monitors for CE Feedback.
This is 100% false, DirecTV has employees here all day monitoring the site as does Dish Network. To say that DirecTV would ignore their customers issues because they post here at SatelliteGuys is just downright silly.
Anyone who says such a thing or anyone that believes such nonsense is a few fries short of a Happy Meal.
