AAD 5700 ch's going away??

I checked my schedule and it looks like AAD or dish is removing the NY and SanFran ch's from the 5700's. It tells me to change timers to the ch's in the 240's. Does any one know why they are doing this?

I am sure that DISH is wanting to use those numbers for locals. Why have them mirrored to 5700 range when they are already at the lower channel number 241-248? Switch your timers and change your favorite guide.
