Would it be possible to buy a new receiver (a 211k for example) and only subscribe to AAD channels?

Also, do they charge per receiver or per account?

The AAD(SOBONGO) charge is per account, no additional fees.

AAD is a separate company from Dish. You should be able to subscribe to only AAD channels.

I have one HD DVR that is owned but not active on my Dish account. I still get all my AAD channels on that receiver even though it does not even show up on Dish's website.
