ABC family HD on 129°

It appears to be jacked up. Stuttering and Jerking. Anybody else notice? I did a hard reset and it did not help. Also did E* add anything to TP 28 recently?

Thanks for the confirmation guys. I hope E* isn't testing some new form of HDlite where they not only give reduced resolution but, also the number of video frames too.
