ABC picks up 'Happy,' 'Cougar,' 'Castle'

Net waiting till Tuesday to confirm fall schedule

ABC on Friday picked up three more series, sources said.

The network gave nods to new drama "Happy Town" and the Courteney Cox-starring comedy "Cougar Town," both from ABC Studios.

Additionally, midseason drama "Castle," also from ABC Studios, was renewed for a second season.

I could not stand Castle. It's a travesty that it gets renewed and CBS has The Unit on the bubble.

I like them both, really hope The Unit makes it. They really screwed with it this season. It should have been on every week instead of scatttered all over.

Im not really trying to knock Castle, I just think CBS is being a little ridiculous considering canceling a show with a good sunday night following.

The Unit and Cold Case's cost's are what have them on the bubble from what I understand, salaries etc....
