AC phone jacks???

Anyone know of good, reliable and reasonably priced AC to phone line adapters.

My nearest phoneline is about 100 feet and I would like to hook up my 942 so I don't get the fee for it.

I used to use one, wasn't crazy about it (interference from it effected my dial-up modem speed). Here is a link, if it were me I'd forget it and run a hard line. Good luck.

E* techs sell the Phon-ex EZ Jack for around $40. If you can find one retail you could try that. Or you could call the call center and buy one direct.
Take a look at www.partsexpress.com and see what they offer as well.

The one provided by E* looks like it will do the trick. I have not found it cheaper anywhere else.

Just don't buy one from ebay as the early ones had problems with some items but the later generation of the RCA/GE/Thompson ones work fine. I've had both generations and while I don't use them anymore (nor have them), the first generation stunk.
