I agree, a perfectly plumb pole is ideal but a few years back I had a setup that was moved by frost, something like this might have gotten me by till warmer weather when I was able to redesign.:)
 
It looks neat, but on a polar mount is there really a need? Elevation, once set for the location is "automatic" on a polar mount by design.
 
I've used my dual actuator dish for tracking inclined satellites. You'd also be amazed how much signal increase you can get with a click or two up or down, especially in the Ku band. Plus its a nice toy to play with if you're into the bells and whistles part of this hobby. Good luck.
