Actuator Problem

Please can someone help me to resolve actuator problem: When I changed my actuator and after setting limits, I store some sat (4). but when i choose a sat the actuator not stopping at the correct position stored. he pass it ?
Ps: I have GI 450. and 36 jack vonwhise.
mybe i set wrong limit because i have not the manual for GI450i.
