Acutrac III work for finding Galaxy 19 ? ?

Hey guys thanks for letting me join the group. I have one questions. I had a gentleman give me an acutrac III + today. Is it possible to use it to tune a Globecast satellite dish? I believe it is on Galaxy 19. Any help or advice on this would be great. One more thing. I live about 10 minutes from Dallas, Texas. What would the azimuth and elevation be for this area? I used to install these dishes many many years ago and I used a digisat at that time but have forgotten everything. We have been getting a big request to install these dishes lately.
