Adding a HR22 to my installation

I'm buying a HR22 to add to my account. I understand I need a Deca Adapter so I can use MRV on the HR22 with my current HR24 and H24 receivers.

I see there are Deca Power supplies as well as Deca Adapters, is the Deca Adapter powered by the receiver or the switches it is connected too or do I need power supply for the Deca Adapter.

My current installation is a SWM8 LNBF, I also have the Cinema Connection adapter, with 2 Green Label SWM Splitters (I also have a couple of standard Def receivers using bandstop filters), so all my H24 and HR24 can share recordings and do VOD.

Any light that can be shed would be appreciated.

If I'm not mistaken the deca is given its own power supply. I have limited knowledge of deca setups but I am pretty sure that a deca power supply is included in my deca kits.
