i just bought a dp34 switch and a 50 ft rg6 cable. I wanted to know if it is safe/legal/ok for me to install my new 811 receiver to my existing standard dish network package. i know it costs $4.99 a month for additional receivers but can i do this myself?

oh

seriously? i thought i could but my mother told me to ask. "f*ck you mom im 17 and a year away from 18 i can do what i want"

satellite internet

also .. i got a unused direct tv dish from a friend.. what hardware do i need to connect to my wifi antenna in my copmputer was going to make a biquad. but no,

Hook it up, call dish and get it activated, wash your mouth out with soap.

Dude your mom more respect then that, she brought you in this world, she can take you out.

zyeah

Have you hooked it up yet?

The answer to your question is MAYBE... it all depends on your setup right now

if you have a Legacy setup, then NO it wont work... if you have a DPP system and already have a couple dual-tuner recievers hooked up, then NO, it won't work, you would need another switch cascaded together.
