Adding Ourdoors channels

Hello all,

My step father has Dish Network. He is considering adding the Outdoors channels for hunting and fishing. It is listed as a $3.00/month charge. He is concerned because he has 4 receivers and believes he will be charged that fee for each? Is that true? Would his bill go up $12.00/month?
