adding remotes?

I had my installation today and I'm use to having more than 1 remote. I found that the remotes from my old 211k's work in the same room "ir" only. My question is.... can I add more hopper remotes?

You can have eight remotes on each Hopper or Joey. They are only $20 at Dish.com.

yes, you can add many more hopper remotes per box. Something like 8. I'm actually mirroring a hopper and the remote is working fine two floors away.

thanks, I had already found a couple last night new on ebay for $13 each and free shipping....I was hoping they would work because that was a good price.
