Well, just got off phone after 45 minutes and 3 CSRs, including one supervisor. Lo and behold, I was being charged the "additional receiver access" charge when I should not have. I had to read them the information from the AT&T website as to the waiving of the fee about 7 times. However, I could only get 5 months of credits since she said the computer would only allow five months of credits. For some reason the fee was absent from my February bill which they could not explain. It seems the CSRs were as confused as I am when it comes to receivers versus tuners and what should be charged. Of course, all of them said AT&T only goes by what Dish tells them.
I also asked about upcoming fee increases, but they played dumb about knowing anything. Their answer was to check my bill in a few months. You bet your bippy I will!!!
