Al Michaels will not spend any of his Thursday nights in November and December working for the NFL Network after all. The channel looked into hiring Michaels, the play-by-play voice of NBC’s “Sunday Night Football,” a few weeks ago. “NBC was open to it, but it didn’t work out from Al’s point of view,” said Steve Bornstein, the president of the NFL Network. . .
