alien on maxdhw problems

i tried watching this movie on max hd west but the macroblocking is just horrible it looks like the screen is full of little boxes. Voom has to get this stuff straightened out!

Was it during the strobe lights? This is a very dark grainy HD transfer. Are you still getting the macro blocking? I have been watching for the last 5 minutes and do not see them yet.

During some action scene's I saw it pretty bad, but it was only in a few select action scenes.

The one that really reminds me is when the dude in the wheel chair unloads a shotgun into an alien over him on some gratings, where the acid was dripping down. Once he started firing and it showed the alien getting shot it got blocky.

thats the exact scene that it got really bad, overall the pq was good, i wonder if it was the transfer or a Voom problem
