Aligning Dish (1000.2)

what transponder should be used for adjusting the 1000.2 dish to get the best reception (signal strength) on all three satellites.I'm in Southern California. im align a dish pointing at 119.

I use transponder 11 on 119 to start out and then fine tune from there.
