Production on All My Children and One Life to Live has stopped a day earlier than planned over a dispute with IATSE, The OnLine Network said in a statement Wednesday.

They should be lucky to even still have their job after ABC dropped them and accept what they are getting.

I think both shows are doomed. They have already cut down to 2 shows a week and they are only around 23 - 26 minutes a day full of commercials. I think that they would be better served to do just an hour show a week of each show and call it a day. They could even just film them like night time shows and have an ending resolution to some of the stories and some with continuation. At this rate a strike may just kill them. I haven't watched them at all this week and just plan to catch up today.
