While I don't believe for a minute there will be a fingerprint sensor, the picture (if true) proves nothing.
The change in cabling upsets me more than anything.
It means the 5 and 5S screens come off different assembly lines.
In the days of the 4 GSM, 4 CDMA, and 4S, the screen and cable was the same.
Only an attached metal bracket was different.
With a little work, you could make any screen fit any 4 handset (if you were hard up).
There is no doubt the hundreds of millions of nearly identical screens led to economy of manufacture...and more importantly to inexpensive replacements.
