Already Lost My Voom?

Belay my last....after several hard reboot attempts it finally took and I'm Vooming again, even if for a short while.

I just got back in town after being gone 5 days, to find I get nothing out of my STB even after a soft and hard reboot. From looking through the other threads it appears everybody is still vooming during this shutdown until April 30th; I did not see any other message about lost service?

When I reboot the Voom screen comes up momentarily and says it is starting up, then goes back to a blank screen where it stays...is there something else I can try?

Trouble Shooting

Even though the CSRs' resourses are limited now, they are still there to help you trouble shoot your system, they can still send refresh hits to your box.
Please make sure the CSR notes in your account that you no longer have a picture after all trouble shooting is done, this way your billing stops today.
