To my surprise amazon now has cc. 
Don't know exactly when it started, but has had to be real recent.
On another note Netflix has been real iffy about streaming hd lately. No speed/connection change here, however amazon has stepped up & streams hd flawlessly while netflix is dropping the ball.
Just passing on my recent observations, hope some find it useful.
