Amazon Prime on hopper 3 but not on 4K Joey

The Amazon Prime App appeared on my Hopper three days ago, but it is not visible on my 4K Joey, either on channel 301 or the App menu. I have reset the Joey with power button, with the setting in the diagnostics menu, and by unplugging it. Does anyone have any idea how I can force a menu download?

Yep, it's only available on the Hopper 3.

Be thankful you have it on your Hopper 3. Us peasants with Hopper 2's and such don't even have it.

Well since the PQ is "Dish", I'd rather use the direct TV apps or through my AppleTV 4K.
