It is being reported that a launch date of March 14th has been given for AMC-14, the first of 3 DISH satellite launches for 2008.

Built for 77 but being launched to 61.5. Unknown if it will stay at 61.5 permanently or eventually move to 77.
Probably 61.5 for now since existing transmissions there can fail at any time. Once a replacement bird is up, that one will probably move.
The AMC-14 satellite can provide sinle power for all 32 TPs at a DBS slot or double power for 19 TPs. Interesting that at both 61.5 W and 110 W, Dish needs 19 TPs to exactly compliment the E-12 and E-10 satellites respectively. The E-11 satellite also has the same ability execpt it can provide 19 triple power TPs or single power for all 32 TPs at a DBS slot. By the way Dish recently submitted a request to the FCC to use the 77 W slot for backhauling.
