I was thinking of switching to HD only channels. (America Gold) Wanted to know if AMC was included. Thnx.

Don't think HD only packages are currently available to anyone unless you are already grandfathered into it.

Yes, they are available, but not "metallic" named anymore. According to Dish site, AMC is not included in any package, along with a few others.

I wish the Dish network site was better designed and more informative. The CSR was not able to give me a link to a list of HD only channels either.
