Yes. In fact, I usually have DA Silver in the fall and order MS for Pac-12 and Big 10 football.

It's not. It is listed as being part of DISH America but I can confirm it isn't in DA Silver. In fact, GSN and MavTV are also in the regular Dish America but not in Silver or Gold.
