If I change my programming to the AEP package today, will they waive the $5.98 DVR fee? I know it was waived before but with the introduction of the DVR Advantage plan I'm not sure they do now. Also, I just spoke to a CSR and he said no. But since they are always the last ones to know, I'd like to hear from some of you.

The good news is they waive the $5.98 DVR fee, the bad news is they added $6.00 'waived fee fee' :D

Seriously my current bill shows

DISH NETWORK DVR SERVICEFEE 0.00

so I would think it's still valid.

At least I had never paid a DVR fee since my first 510 and I have
AEP from 2002 till this day.

...right after they change the rules, but before they tell anybody. ;)

Not always true.

When you add the aep, the computer should take the fee off, if not there can be a credit applied from when you added aep to end of the billing period.
