AMIKO Amiko Mini HD SE and NBC Ku on 103w

I've been looking for a second receiver that would work with the Slingbox and recently went ahead with the Amiko Mini HD SE after I found a custom remote BIN file on the Place Shifting Enthusiasts forum. No connection to the internet yet, but I like the fast responsiveness/snappy menus and remote control.

However, when browsing thru the NBC channels on AMC1 ku using the EPG, the receiver randomly freezes and does not respond to the remote. I have to go unplug the box, and for me this is a no-go with the Slingbox obviously if I'm away from home and unable to reset/unplug it.

I haven't checked to see if this freezing occurs with the NBC C-band mux on 105w. Has anybody been able to replicate my problem? My box says it has come with the Apr 2014 firmware.

I will give that a try when I get a chance. I rarely use the EPG, so you have piqued my interest.

Rarely use EPG menu to navigate. I will also check tomorrow or Monday. Never noted this before.
