Wasn't there briefly an OTA analog Ch 6 in DC with programming in Spanish? When did it disappear?
 
perhaps you are right. I cannot prove otherwise at this point.
 
No i was not the only one. I found one reference. So it was there. I found some mentions over at Avsforums as well but all right around that launch date. Must have gone the way of the Tube. In the end not worth worrying about.

It soes not seem to be there anymore. and thse status listed on that site is "Licensed and Silent"
 
I didn't think adjacent full power channels were allowed under NTSC. We have a 5 & a 7.
