What the CRTC in Canada does to deny Canadian free over-the-air TV outside their cities really grinds my gears.
They would have to cope with having a lesser variety of channels, unless they live along the Canadian border and can pick up free American channels/subchannels from neighboring markets, like they probably do with Detroit, Michigan outside of Windsor, Ontario, Buffalo, New York outside of Toronto, Ontario and Burlington, Vermont outside of Montreal, Quebec.
