I'm looking at a satellite receiver to incorporate into a multizone audio system...particularly the polk. The receiver will have to sit in a rack with the other equipment, and the antenna options are limited. The rack is in a central location on the ground floor of a two story home. From what I've read, the antenna needs to point south, preferably outside or near a window. There's now practical or asthetic way to route a cable for this. There are a couple of rg6 stubbed out to the rack that run to the attic, and could be used as antenna leads..is it possble to hack one of these as a lead? I've googled for antenna cable specs, and haven't found much...looks like the cables have special connectors, etc?

thanks
