I need clarification on the type of antenna that is required for a DTA converter.

Does the digital signal come through VHF or UHF, both or neither?

I have a VHF “only” antenna, will this work for digital signal, or should I just replace it now??

Thanks.....

Currently, most of the digital signals are transmitted on UHF frequencies. However, more will be transmitted on VHF frequencies after February of next year. For the current situation in your area, check with antennaweb.org and look at the frequency assignments (2-13 is VHF, 14+ is UHF). Be sure to look at the digital stations only. ;)
