Antenna size???

New member here.
I currently use eight dish antennas for FTA with the largest being one meter. Looking at the channel lists of what is currently on a particular bird, many of them I do not receive. Should I be using an antenna larger than one meter to receive "all" channels listed or would the channel list just be out of date?

Lyngsat info is often outdated due to the fact that its from Europe.

Mike usually lists all the given channels for a satellite that are up 24/7
feeds come and go all the time

Also, not to forget that a lot of the channels listed on Lyngsat are for C-band. C-Band requires a big prime focus dish (6' minimum, 8' prefered, 10'+ ideal)

Mike updates both his list every few weeks.. They are much easier to read, taboot.. I don't even use LyngSat anymore..

LOL, I see what you mean, but by no means did I intend a knock on Europe

Actually I find Lyngsat very helpful for *MOST* information, its just that they don't always have up to date data for North America since they can't see the CONUS birds and rely on second-hand info.
