Any Baltimore installers out there?

Hello,

Long story short is Comcrap is jacking my mother around. She has bad signal in her building and all the analog stations are intermittent at best. She has not had local news in over 3 months. She has had it to say the least!

So I'm looking for an installer that can assist her with a DIRECTV or Dish Network install. She is on the 20th floor of the Harborview building in downtown Baltimore. She has direct line of sight for either service off the balcony.

Any help could be appreciated.

If she (and the management) doesn't mind having a dish on her balcony (probably best if it was on a tripod or bucket with cement) then it shouldn't be too much of a problem to get service. IMO, her best bet is to contact a local retailer and get their opinion on the best installation options.
