Any news on FIOS TV in Montgomery County, MD

Last I heard, they had come to an agreement to offer FIOS TV starting next year, but have not heard anything since. Has anyone heard anything else (specific dates, etc)?

They are digging now at my apartment complex in Germantown. Lines painted all over the place, but the orange line is marked "TV" in one place I've seen. Of course, wherever you have the service you could get TV over the same lines, but I haven't heard of a go-live date.

The agreement got approved last night for both PG and Montgomery Counties...so FIOS TV is finally a go!
