Any Satellite Guys using STEAM for PC Gaming?

My lack of friends on steam coupled with my today's "Treasure Hunt" objective (friend 10 people)... got me wondering if any of y'all use it for making contacts on multiplayer games? Or even moreso, would anyone see the benefit of a Satellite Guys group on Steam?

Let me know, I've been bouncing between COD4, COD WaW and Left for Dead 2 these days...

My kid is on Steam constantly, Myohdaa, If you see him on tell him his dad says "get a job", Seems that all he does since High School, LOL

The only thing I use Steam for is Civilization V updates.

I have numerous games on Steam, but I don't play with other people. I'd rather just play with bots. I played Counter Strike the other day for over an hour just with bots and found it more fulfilling than playing with the elite that inhabit the online servers. Actually the only game I play with other people is Team Fortress 2.
