I don't think so, and I doubt that it would be worth the trouble.

The easiest and least expensive way would be to place an offset C-band LNBF with Dielectric insert and also an offset KU-band circular LNBF. You could build a Frankenstein single feedhorn with multiple wave guides, but the mechanicals would probably induce similar losses as an offset.
