Anybody know what this charge means?

I have 2 owned 722K receivers. I noticed today online under add ons where my 5.00 Showtime is listed, that they have also listed a 10.00 access fee for 2 additional TVs.
Is this something they have been charging me? I think it's probably the HD fee, but it's never been listed where the premiums are listed before. My 7.00 loyal customer DVR fee is listed in it's normal place.

That is the fee for your second 722k. Due to new regulations, Dish is no longer listing it with the equipment fees, since they are not allowed to charge fees on purchased receivers. Instead, they list it as an access fee now, under the add-ons. The old fee for the second 722k had been $17, but your new fee is only $10, which saves you $7 per month. That savings is mostly offset by any increase in your programming package price, of course.
