Anyone else having tuning problems

This even when I change channels, sometimes I get a blank black screen with no sound. I have to change back to the previous channel and then back and sometimes the channel will then display with sound.

Anyone?

Same here. Press your Voom button and read the notice. Sounds like they already know about it!

A reboot helped eliminate the problem for me however the guide data will not load.

LOL. I can't get guide data either. Done the soft boot. Hard boot. And called VOOM for a hit. No dice. I even let it sit overnight and nothing.

Yep same here. No guide data and overnight same deal. Called Voom and the tech said it will eventually return.

same thing here with the guide, and the blank screens. The blank screen thing had been happening for close to a week now I think.
