Anyone else not getting charged a DVR fee?

Dish hasn't charged me a DVR fee since last May. I don't know if it's a reward for being such a longtime customer (10 years) or what. Anyone else getting this little perk?

AT250 and the AEP are different programming packages. The fee is waived with the AEP. It is not waived with the AT250.

My bad, with all the changes in the programming package titles, I got mixed up. I do have the AEP, and I also have an ongoing dispute with DISH about the correct billing. Thought the CSR was going to communicate with the billing department what she agreed to do, viz. $120.99/month, but did not happen. Wrote to DISH, got a reply verifying that my monthly total would be $120.99. The following is what is still showing online. And even in the "corrected" version of my bill, the CSR listed a "second dvr fee." This is the disputed billing:

I don't have (and have never had) the AEP. I'm on AT250 + HD. I love not paying the $5.98 but I was just curious to see if anyone else was having the same experience.

I have AEP, I own the 2nd vip 622 and I'm charged $5.99, if the 2nd unit was leased there would be lease charge on top of the $5.99, right?
